JOB SUMMARY

The Electrician Technician II role is that of an installation electrician, who is responsible for leading and building small to medium-size electrical projects for new and existing clients.

Working within current NEC requirements in both the residential and commercial trades.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Determining best practices for wiring and assembling electrical systems.
  • Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications, to determine

dimensions for electrical components, order of installation, and build

requirements.

  • Confers with Management Team, other Production Team members, Clients, or

Site Supervisors to resolve wiring or installation challenges.

  • Make modifications to as-built prints and communicate with the Management

Team on additional details essential to project success.

  • Aid with suggestions on basic components and material purchases.
  • Responsible for Panel Builds, and complete electrical system installation,

including Enclosures, Disconnects, Panels, Conduit, Wire, Devices, & Fixtures.

  • Ensure NEC compliant proper operation of all components installed.
  • Observe safety procedures.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area & company vehicle.
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and functional company issued tools.
  • Any other task assigned by management within scope of position, federal and

state regulations.

  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 3 or more years’ work experience in a related trade field.
  • And / or Vocational or associate's degree or higher in related trade field
