Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for commercial and industrial contractor

Reputable contractor with long history in commercial and industrial projects.

Job Description :

·        Prepare estimates for bidding purposes for both pre-design and design / build projects.

·        Develop and maintain a good working relationship with our customers.

·        Prepare project schedule of values and monthly requisition for payment.

·        Prepare project schedule in conjunction with project requirements with input from superintendent.

·        Coordinate requirements for jobsite trailers and equipment.

·        Prepare material requirements in conjunction with specifications and  project superintendent.

·        Prepare contracts or purchase orders for subordinate contractors or suppliers.

·        Request quotations, negotiate pricing and monitor material cost.

·        Prepare submittals for Engineer’s approval.

·        Schedule material delivery  in conjunction with project requirements and schedule.

·        Monitor project progress in relationship to overall project schedule.

·        Prepare quotations for change requests and submit as required.

·        Conduct a monthly review  of project progress and cost with superintendent.

·        Prepare all ‘Close-out’ documents and submit as required.

·       Assist all project managers, corporate officers, co-workers, vendors, and clients in

      any way possible to support
