The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor, delivering a high-profile residential project in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in a £5m+ electrical package, from start to finish.



Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the electrical delivery on a large-scale residential project.

Coordinate with mechanical, construction, and design teams to ensure seamless integration.

Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Manage labour, materials, and subcontractors on-site.

Attend and lead project and client meetings as required.

Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover phases.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E contracting sector.

Proven track record delivering residential projects with electrical values of £5m+.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and project delivery.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications .

Ability to start immediately or within short notice.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience)
