Butterfly Staffing is seeking an experience Electrical Project Manager for their client, a renowned provider of integrated engineering and construction solutions, catering to Process & Industrial clients. They offer a range of specialized services including power systems, custom marine fabrication, and fall protection equipment. 

Job Description: The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the engineering, design, procurement, and construction efforts of project teams to fulfill client objectives. Responsible for adhering to contract terms and project guidelines, the Project Manager ensures the efficient allocation of resources while upholding safety standards. Utilizing judgment and experience, the Project Manager facilitates decision-making processes to achieve optimal solutions within schedule and budget constraints. Identifying areas for improvement, the Project Manager collaborates with team members and management to enhance project execution processes and personnel capabilities. With a focus on project performance, the Project Manager may oversee multiple assignments concurrently.

Additionally, the Project Manager is tasked with cultivating client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. By leveraging existing connections, the Project Manager seeks to expand our portfolio of engineering, design, and construction services.

Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of engineering, design, procurement, and construction services in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Implementation of quality reviews and adherence to established scope, budget, and schedule commitments.
• Maintenance of positive client relations, ensuring fairness and equality between client and company interests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
