Electrical Project/Contracts Manager \n\n Devon\n\n Circa £60k + Package \n\n (phone number removed)\n\n Looking for career progression with an expanding company? \n\n We are delighted to be working with a well established regional M & E contracting company who have exciting plans for growth across the South West. \n\n Due to an increase in workload and succession planning, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Electrical biased Project/Contracts Manager to join their Devon based team.

\n\n The Role\n\n Working for a range of clients and contractors, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of projects which include new build and refurbishments, across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, retail and health. Duties will include:\n\nWorking with clients and project teams to understand and develop the project brief\nLiaise with the supply chain to produce quotations and procure labour and materials\nManage the quality, H & S and successful delivery to time\nCreate and monitor CDM plans\nOversee the management and development of staff\nCollaborate with the commercial team to ensure budget is met\nLead the post project phase  \nThe Person\n\n This varied role requires a proactive individual, capable of running a number of projects concurrently and is looking for an opportunity to progress their career. The successful applicant will have:\n\nPrevious experience in an Electrical Project Management role\nTrained to the latest electrical 18th edition and 2391\nIOSH or NEBOSH qualified\nProven track record in delivering projects up to £1.5m in value\nAbility to problem solve, collaborate and prioritise workload\nFully IT literate\nThe company has a great team culture and ethos, provide a comprehensive benefits package and a healthy order book of work, providing work security.
