At Lighting of Tomorrow D.B.A Electryfy , we’re redefining what it means to be an electrical contractor. We design, build and modernize projects across South Florida—LED lighting upgrades, EV charging stations, commercial remodels, energy-efficiency retrofits, permitting + engineering coordination, and more.

We’re growing fast and looking for a detail-driven ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR who wants to help us win more projects, sharpen our pricing, and build smarter using LEAN principles, real-time data, and modern estimating tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Review plans, specs, drawings, and permits to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Perform material and labor take-offs using estimating software & digital tools
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, sales teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs & scope clarification meetings
• Build proposals, scope sheets, bill-of-materials, and bid packages
• Track scope changes, cost trends & VE options to maintain profitability
• Keep all estimate files clean, organized, and ready for handoff to operations
• Support LEAN improvements in templates, processes, and bid workflows

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1+ year in estimating OR electrical/construction experience
• Ability to read electrical plans + NEC code requirements
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Comfortable with Excel / estimating software / digital take-off tools
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working with deadlines
• BONUS: Electrical engineering background or field experience
