Electrical Engineer (EICR Testing)

Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience in EICR testing? Facilitate Search are recruiting for a growing, well-respected business delivering essential services across social housing in Manchester.



We're seeking a proactive, reliable, and certified electrician to carry out EICR inspections, remedials, and minor works in occupied and void properties.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in line with 18th Edition regulations



*



Perform testing, inspection, and certification of domestic installations



*



Carry out remedial works, upgrades, and fault finding as required



*



Liaise professionally with tenants and housing officers



*



Ensure all work is completed to NICEIC standards and submitted on time



✅ Requirements:



*



NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation



*



18th Edition Wiring Regulations



*



2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (essential)



*



Full UK Driving Licence



*



Previous experience in social housing or domestic testing



*



Excellent knowledge of EICR codes and compliance
