Electrical E&I Superintendent - Data Center Construction!

Electrical E&I Superintendent required for a Major Data Center EPC firm in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installations, including raceway, cable tray, panels, transformers, motors, instrumentation, and related tests.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with schedules, contracts, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project management to implement procedures, documents, and standards.
• Authorize purchase requisitions and change requests under the Construction and Project Managers.
• Oversee project safety, reviewing PTAs, TSOs, and conducting regular site audits.
• Maintain daily field reports and manage subcontractor progress.
• Ensure proper material delivery, storage, and compliance with specifications.
• Verify welder qualifications, equipment alignment, and system testing.
• Oversee construction quality, reviewing isometric drawings, P&IDs, and managing field staff.
• Develop and manage punch lists and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years or Associate’s Degree + 9 years or High School/GED + 11 years of construction management or craft supervision on electrical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in mission-critical data center projects is preferred.
