Electrical Data Center Project Manager – Industrial Construction (Travel-Based Role)

Up to $155K (depending on experience) per annum

I’m working with a leading family-owned industrial contracting firm with 20+ years of success delivering turnkey MEP services across the U.S. They’re known for their precision, integrity, and deep-rooted culture that values hard work, trust, and teamwork.

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to join a company where leadership is accessible, culture runs deep, and you can make a visible impact.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of electrical projects: managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and team coordination. You’ll work with internal teams, subs, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to a high standard.

The Necessities:

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects

• Willingness to travel up to 75%

• Proven record delivering complex electrical scopes on time and on budget

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations

• Solid leadership skills and experience managing teams and subcontractors

• Tech-savvy with experience in project management tools

• PMP, CEM, or similar certifications are highly desirable
