Title: electrical assemblers (will be responsible for performing and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing, installations, and start-up works of Prefab modular data centers at our West Chester Factory)

Payrate: $25.50/hr

They will work 3 days a week 12 hour shifts

2 shift schedules:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5am-5:30pm

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5am-5:30pm

*If they work the whole 36 hours they will be paid for 40 hours worked

This is a skill position, so looking for someone who has worked with hand tools in the past. Some good experience HVAC, Auto Techs, Debuggers are some that they mentioned. Need to have a resume on file, when they go into the branch they will get a hand tool test that they must pass. Once they start, they will have a test onsite with the client, if they do not pass they will end their assignment**.**

We are looking to start 16 a week with the client, but need to really focus on the skill talent and experience of the candidate.

Details:

Training will be Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm

Arrive 15 minutes before . Late arrivals will not gain entry.

Pay close attention during this training week, as there is an assessment on the final day. Your termination will be automatic if you do not pass the final assessment.

Overview

Hours: Three 12-hour shift model promoting work-life balance

EOW Days: Thursday - Saturday, 5:00 am to 5:30 pm

Overtime: Available and dependent on business volume.

Pay- $25.50/hr. Will pay up to $27/hr. for certified electricians.

The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for performing and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing, installations, and start-up works of Prefab modular data centers at our West Chester Factory.

Factory Acceptance Testing: Perform and witness testing to ensure quality and functionality of modular data centers.

Installations: Conduct electrical installations as part of the assembly process.
