Job Description

Join a dynamic team responsible for the electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers. You will work in small teams to ensure precision and quality while following detailed work orders and schematics. Mastery in using hand and power tools will be essential in executing your tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly of drives and electric transformers.
• Follow detailed work orders and schematics for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate effectively in teams of 2-4 members.
• Utilize various hand and power tools for assembly processes.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in assembly tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
• 1+ years of experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Wiring and electronic assembly expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Wiring skills and soldering proficiency.
• Experience in large assembly or bench assembly tasks.

Work Environment

This position is for the weekend shift, operating from 5am to 5pm, Friday through Sunday. Work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours, all within a clean, climate-controlled, and state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.10/hr.
