Job Description Join Keylr as a Freelance EICR Electrician! Keylr is a fast-growing property services platform supporting landlords, agents and property managers across London and the surrounding areas with essential compliance and inspection services. We are currently expanding our network of freelance electricians to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) on residential properties.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified professionals looking to work flexibly, focus on their trade, and earn competitive rates - without chasing leads or handling admin. Key Responsibilities: Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) Inspect and test fixed electrical installations to assess safety, compliance, and overall condition Identify and document faults or issues clearly, using correct observation codes (C1, C2, C3, FI) Record and submit accurate test results using provided templates or digital platforms Ensure timely completion and submission of all reports for internal review and lodgment Lodge completed EICRs with the relevant client or regulatory body as required Maintain a professional and respectful approach when interacting with tenants, landlords, or managing agents Keep all testing equipment calibrated and in good working order Adhere to relevant health and safety guidelines and on-site protocols Keylr is committed to creating an inclusive, fair, and professional working environment.
