Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Engineering Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage students with stimulating and practical engineering instruction, promoting both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. This role includes teaching engineering concepts to students at various levels, from introductory courses to advanced topics. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a comprehensive and stimulating engineering curriculum. Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters problem-solving and critical thinking. Instruct students on engineering principles across a variety of topics, including mechanics, electronics, robotics, and design technology. Lead hands-on projects and experiments to enhance students’ practical skills and real-world understanding. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate engineering concepts into interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Provide personalised support and mentorship to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering education. Qualifications: A degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Experience teaching engineering or related subjects at the secondary level. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practical applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
