RYN Services LLC is a company specializing in door installation, replacement, and repair for commercial and residential clients across the Charlotte metro area and beyond. We’re looking for a skilled Door Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and dependable service.

Position:

Door Technician (Commercial & Residential)

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Competitive pay (based on skill level and experience) + performance bonuses
• Service Area: Charlotte, NC • Winston-Salem • Greensboro • Raleigh-Durham (travel as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and service commercial and residential doors, frames, hardware, panic bars, and closers
• Diagnose and correct alignment, hinge, and threshold issues
• Replace or repair door locks, weatherstripping, and sweeps
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Maintain detailed service reports and communicate findings with customers
• Represent RYN Services professionally at every job site

Requirements:

• Proven experience with door installation, hardware, and repairs (metal, wood, and glass doors)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently
• Basic hand and power tools required (specialty tools provided as needed)
• Experience with access control or automatic door systems is a plus
