Position: Document Controller 

Location: Paris, France 

Contract: 12 month renewable

Project: Mozambique LNG

Airswift is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading international energy operator for a Document Controller to join a major LNG development project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the world’s largest energy projects, supporting global teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective application of document control processes and standards.
• Manage project documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of Master Document Registers and distribution matrices.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support information handover to operations and contribute to lessons learned.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• 5+ years experience in document control on major oil & gas projects.
• Proficiency in EDMS, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and scanning software.
• Fluent English; French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a global, multi-location environment.
