Our client, a leading campus dining provider, is seeking a District Manager to oversee a dynamic, multi-unit dining program at a major university in Binghamton, NY. This role includes year-round and seasonal operations across residential dining, retail food outlets, catering, and conference services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial performance and labor efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Partner with university stakeholders on strategy and service delivery.
• Champion sustainability, DE&I, and student engagement initiatives.
• Lead operations across residential, retail, and catering services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client-facing, financial, and team leadership skills.
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-line operations.
• Experience with unionized environments and $20M+ budgets.
• 5+ years in food service leadership (higher ed or hospitality )
