Job Title: Digital Engineering ManagerLocation: Cowes, Isle of Wight – on siteSalary: £70,000What you’ll be doing:Applying technical knowledge in the Digital and Electronic domain for complex Radar designsTeam leadership and mentoring of the Digital Engineering teamResponsible for the learning & development of the Digital Electronic Engineers working across the Radar product areaSubject matter expert in Electronic Engineering disciplineCoordinate Digital Engineering estimates in support of bidding activities and cost to complete estimatesYour skills and experiences:Essential:A degree in Electronic Engineering or strongly related subjectA solid understanding of the digital techniques design process including requirements , design and implementation. Knowledge of complex digital PCB design.
