Job Description

Digital Design Engineer - Yorkshire | RF & Embedded Systems\n\nA well established engineering business working at the forefront of RF, microwave, and embedded technologies is looking for a Senior Digital Engineer to join its growing team. This is a hands on role focused on developing digital and FPGA-based solutions for high-performance systems used in sectors such as aerospace, defence, and communications.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n * Leading hardware and firmware development across the full lifecycle -from concept and design to testing and production.\n\n * Designing digital control modules and embedded systems architecture.\n\n * Coding, simulation, and verification using industry-standard tools and equipment.\n\n * Supporting production test processes and improving existing systems for performance and reliability.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * A degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.\n\n * Experience in digital hardware design, schematic development, and testing.\n\n * Strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensor interfaces, and power supply design.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across engineering disciplines.\n\nLocation: On-site in Yorkshire, working with a supportive team and contributing to both current and future-focused technologies.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact products in a collaborative and technically rich environment
