Production Design Technical Systems Specialist

Location: NorCal, Remote but must be commutable to Cupertino

Experience: 7+ years

1 Year Contract

We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Production Design Systems Specialist to join our team and help define how creative products are built from end to end. This role is less about aesthetics and more about designing, documenting, and scaling the workflows that bring products to life.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining end-to-end documentation for how products are designed and built
• Mapping workflows using Miro and writing processes in Quip
• Building scalable templates/themes and defining tools from the ground up
• Auditing internal systems, collaborating with engineering to troubleshoot and improve tools
• Creating centralized production hubs with everything teams need to execute design at scale
• Working across Wrike, Quip, Box, and Miro to manage systems and documentation

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in production design ops, systems design, or creative tooling
• Deep understanding of design workflows, documentation, and template systems
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and creative teams
• Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and drive clarity
