Their team thrives on producing bold, functional spaces that reflect each client’s culture and brand.\n\nAbout the Role – Senior Project Designer\nThis is a key design leadership role, responsible for both conceptual and technical delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects.

You’ll take creative ownership from early design development through to completion, ensuring that every concept is backed by robust technical detailing and flawless execution. Key responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Leading conceptual design development, including mood boards, sketches, presentations and 3D visuals that define the creative direction\n\n * \n\n Translating design intent into coordinated technical drawings and models in Revit\n\n * \n\n Driving collaboration between design, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless design integrity and constructability\n\n * \n\n Overseeing production information and technical detailing to support on-site delivery\n\n * \n\n Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders to communicate design intent and adapt to feedback\n\n * \n\n Mentoring junior designers and setting the standard for design quality, presentation, and technical output\n\nRewards & Benefits\n\n * \n\n Competitive base salary in line with senior designer market levels\n\n * \n\n Annual performance-based bonus scheme\n\n * \n\n Contributory pension plan\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare cover\n\n * \n\n Flexible working options, including home-based days\n\n * \n\n Ongoing professional development within a creative and fast-moving business\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Strong background in commercial office fit-out or design & build environments (CAT A, CAT B, refurbishment)\n\n * \n\n Advanced proficiency in Revit, with proven ability to manage modelling, documentation, and coordination\n\n * \n\n Excellent conceptual design ability, coupled with strong technical acumen and attention to detail\n\n * \n\n Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with interiors, MEP, and construction professionals\n\n * \n\n Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills\n\n * \n\n Leadership ability with experience guiding and developing design teams\n\n * \n\n A pragmatic and proactive approach to balancing creativity, cost, and constructability
