The Role

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for all design aspects of healthcare projects located in the Midlands, therefore having experience in the design process for healthcare projects is beneficial.

A successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the design responsibility requirements for the projects that you will be involved in. You will develop and implement successful design strategies, lead on design-related matters, and liaise with the commercial department. You will also have the capabilities to work collaboratively with the commercial and operational managers, be able to prioritise critical activities and demonstrate a full understanding of design, procurement, and construction programme activities.
