Data Entry Specialist - Laboratory Express Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data entry for laboratory logistics and call center operations
• Entering and managing information for a specialized app-based logistics service structured specifically for laboratory specimen transport
• Processing customer orders and delivery information
• Managing laboratory specimen tracking data
• Coordinating communications between laboratories, healthcare facilities, and couriers
•  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
• Excellent typing speed (typically 35+ WPM)
• Attention to detail for handling sensitive medical/laboratory information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Familiarity with logistics coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills for coordinating with laboratory staff and couriers
