Customer Service Specialist (Golf E-Commerce)

Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Full-Time
Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
$25-30/hr (or salaried based on experience)
Semi-Monthly Pay

StickX Golf is a premier golf equipment trade-in service based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Our resale division, StickHawk, specializes in offering authentic used golf clubs and gear at the most affordable prices online. Were looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to help us raise the bar on customer care.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple e-commerce channels
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
• Manage orders, returns, refunds, and shipping inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and update inventory databases
• Process returns and refunds

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of multi-channel customer service experience (e-commerce )
• Strong written and verbal communication skills clear, concise, and professional
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent follow-through
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Comfortable working within the framework of an established inventory database
• A true customer service pro who thrives on solving problems and creating positive experiences
• Golf knowledge a plus, but not required
