Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: Flower Mound, TX | Full-Time | Growth Opportunity

You’ll handle critical logistics data entry with speed and precision while tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries. This role isn’t just about execution—it’s about ownership. We want someone who is ready to elevate our customer experience and grow into a leadership role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Order Entry & Data Accuracy: Input and manage shipment details with precision and efficiency. Your accuracy ensures smooth operations.
Carrier Tracking & Monitoring: Keep a pulse on every shipment. Track carriers, troubleshoot delays, and provide proactive updates.
Consignee Coordination: Connect with consignees to schedule seamless and on-time deliveries.
Customer Experience Ownership: Provide exceptional service and problem-solving, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and positive.
Growth Path: This role is designed to evolve. Top performers will have the opportunity to step into a Customer Experience Manager position.

Experienced in Logistics/Freight Brokerage: You understand transportation, freight, and the urgency that comes with it.
Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced: You thrive on accuracy and speed, never sacrificing one for the other.
A Strong Communicator: Whether speaking with a consignee, a carrier, or a customer, you deliver clear, professional, and timely updates.
Problem-Solver: You anticipate challenges, address them head-on, and find solutions before they become problems.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with logistics software, order management systems, and data entry tools.
