You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across a range of queries. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role in an office environment
• Experience in complaints and resolution handling  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Must be immediately available to start
