Engineering Curriculum Design Coordinator\n Location: Havant, Portsmouth\n\nAbout the Role\n\nMy client is seeking an experienced Curriculum Design Coordinator (Engineering) to join their team at the Havant Engineering Training Centre.\n\nYou will lead the review, enhancement, and delivery of engineering apprenticeship programmes, ensuring alignment with Skills for England and current standards. This role is key to refining course structures and maintaining high-quality learner outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage daily teaching timetables and resource allocation.\n\nCollaborate with instructors to review and improve teaching methods.\n\nLiaise with awarding bodies to integrate apprenticeship requirements into the curriculum.\n\nRedesign classroom and digital (eLearning) course delivery.\n\nSupport the implementation of new programmes.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience:\n\nStrong knowledge of engineering apprenticeship standards:\n\nLevel 3: Engineering Fitter, Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician, Engineering Technician (Technical Support), Machining Technician\n\nLevel 2: Engineering Operative\n\nProject management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.\n\nStrong IT skills with experience in data review and process improvement.\n\nSound understanding of curriculum design and educational best practice.\n\nAbility to lead curriculum projects and work collaboratively.\n\nBenefits:\n\nOngoing training and professional development\n\n34 days annual leave (including bank holidays)\n\n4% employer pension contribution\n\nHealth Assured Employee Assistance Programme\n\nOption to buy/sell leave\n\nLife assurance\n\nFree onsite parking\n\nAnnual charity day\n\nEmployee discounts via a dedicated scheme\n\nIf you feel that you're suitable for the position, please apply
