Who We're Looking For
- Dependable, self-starters who enjoy variety in their workday!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills and sense of accountability.
- 1 year of mechanical or plumbing service experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
- Ability to lift ~60 lbs on a frequent basis
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform all diagnostics and analysis to trouble-shoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, upgrade, remove, and maintain equipment.
- Complete scheduled service orders daily.
- Complete paperwork related to tasks, including collecting payment, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate in a positive manner with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
- Safe operation of a Company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal DOT laws.
- Identify additional services that may be required and present all options to the consumer.
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment using hand or power tools.
- Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and Culligan policies.
- Complete general warehouse/facility duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
