CREDIT RISK MANAGER

£80-100K

LONDON

This role offers the chance to have a real variety in your work within a close-knit, impact-driven lender.

THE COMPANY

We’re working with an exciting London Lender that are in an exciting period of growth. They are well established in their lending and are now looking to grow out their analytics function, with the opportunity to really influence the direction of the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone to really add value and progress into the long term.

THE ROLE

Within this, you can expect to work on:

• Developing lending strategies and broader insight into their lending book and portfolio performance
• Implementing scorecards into lending strategy to enhance decisioning and drive profitability
• Working closely to analyse and monitor customer data to identify new business opportunities and space for growth
• Opportunity to build out the wider analytics function as the business grows
• Working on wider IFRS9 model monitoring and implementation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Background in consumer lending is essential
• Prior experience in developing and implementing credit strategies and wider portfolio analysis
• Understanding of and exposure to credit scoring models is highly desirable
• Experience using SQL AND Python/SAS is essential
• Prior line management experience nice to have but not essential
