Kilnbridge is hiring a Crane Supervisor experienced with 100 tonne telescopic crawler cranes to join its team working on a long-term infrastructure project in Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.\n\nPosition: Crane Supervisor – Crawler Cranes\nLocation: Suffolk\nStart: 01/06/2026\nDuration: 4 months+\nPay rate: £25 per hour\nHours: 50 hrs/week (paid)\nDays: Mon–Fri (no weekends at present)\nLodge allowance: £50 per night (4 nights per week)\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Supervising lifting operations with crawler cranes to offload Dycell modular concrete scour protection mattresses\n\n * As the Crane Supervisor, overseeing lifting and placement of modular concrete scour protection mattresses alongside groundworks teams\n\n * Supervising the lifting of geotextile rolls and geotextile bags filled with aggregate for the construction of shingle bunds\n\n * Ensuring all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with lifting plans and site procedures\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Crane Supervisor with crawler cranes\n\n * Strong knowledge of lifting operations, ensuring safe and compliant execution on site\n\n * Experience working for Tier 1 contractors on large-scale developments (desirable)\n\n * Valid CPCS Crane Supervisor qualification\n\n * Must have a Safety Critical Medical (SEQOHS accredited) – essential\n\n * Willing to undergo a DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC) – essential\n\n * Must be able to provide proof of address – essential\n\n * 5-year work history – essential\n\n * Valid full UK driving licence\n\nApply now via CV-Library or contact Kilnbridge directly to join our team.\n\nKilnbridge is an equal opportunities employer.
