CPO Project Analyst - Contractor

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionThis person will be responsible for supporting the Compliance and Ethics organization with any administrative needs that will support the automation conversion process for an internal system.  The ideal candidate will have project management experience, experience sending out questionnaires and tracking results, making process improvement recommendations and someone who is knowledgeable of diverse compliance systems. The role will be in office in Raleigh, NC. 
Role expectations

• Process and tracking actions in an excel tracker and online systems.
• Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately.
• Provides information to business and legal team by answering questions and requests.
• Support the Compliance and Privacy team with other administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Proven experience in the legal, compliance, or operations field with 1-3 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Be able to multi-task quickly & effectively
• Be well organized & detail oriented

Pay TransparencyIf provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.  For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.  Our hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
