Join Our Team at Traffic Control Corporation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our estimating and sales teams to prepare and review bids, manage project documentation, and support our mission to deliver high-quality traffic management and safety products and solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze project drawings, specs, and requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates
• Coordinate bid documents and timelines with internal stakeholders
• Conduct detailed material and quantity takeoffs
• Understand and incorporate local, state, and federal codes and regulations relevant to the scope of work
• Evaluate project risks and constructability to inform pricing strategy
• Help develop winning strategies tailored to each project opportunity
• Maintain and track bidding schedules and resource assignments
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and handoff discussions with project teams

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent field experience (including union trades)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating or similar
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Solid understanding of infrastructure or road / highway construction practices
• Organized, deadline-driven, and highly detail-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
