We are seeking curious, results-oriented new engineering graduates to add to our team in June 2026. You will be placed in a team of talented Automation Systems Integrators from a variety of backgrounds to train in new systems, as well as to improve your level of expertise in known systems in a variety of industries. Ambitious work on multiple projects and a fast-paced environment led by your drive awaits you.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina for first year, moving to hybrid following extensive training

Salary: (Commensurate with education and experience)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Under the guidance of experienced Engineers, conducts troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and assisting with project documentation as well as designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and control or information systems
• Assists in the development and execution of process control system integration projects using a variety of automation software and hardware
• Receives direction from the Lead Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager but always has the power to do what is right
• Works in a team environment, with individual responsibility assigned for small projects or components of a project
• Participates in Avid’s mission ‘To Help our Clients Manufacture Smarter,’ while holding true to our core values and vision.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Hold or earn a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering major in May 2026
• Enjoy technology and have an interest in industrial automation
• Be willing to learn from a group of experienced engineers
• Enjoy both online and hands-on learning
• Have the ability to thrive in an agile work environment.
