Turner Lovell are specialist recruiters for energy infrastructure and high-voltage transmission projects across the Middle East. We are working with a global engineering and EPC contractor to recruit a Project Contract Manager to support the execution of complex EPC substation and large scale equipment supply projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will take responsibility for managing contracts from signature through to closeout, protecting company entitlements, mitigating risk, and resolving issues across high-value infrastructure programmes. This is an ideal opportunity for a legally or technically trained contract professional who thrives in project environments, especially those with EPC scopes of work. You will be in a high-impact role within major power and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. In addition, you will join an international team and gain regional exposure with a global engineering and EPC firm. Ideally, we are seeking to shortlist Saudi Arabian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract management across the execution phase, from award to final handover for large equipment supply & EPC contacts.
  • Preserve the company's entitlements through effective change management, claims strategy, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Draft, manage, and respond to contractual notifications, clarifications, and correspondence.
  • Provide guidance on contract risk, bid clarifications, and commercial terms during tenders.
  • Ensure all subcontracts are well-drafted, aligned with the main contract, and protect project and company interests.
  • Work closely with legal, planning, engineering, and commercial teams to manage contract milestones and risks.
  • Support preparation for and participation in mediation, arbitration, and formal disputes.
  • Maintain compliance with insurance, warranty, and performance bond requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years' experience in contract management on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
  • Some knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts, subcontracts, and formal communications.
  • Analytical, detail-focused, and proactive with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Saudi national preferred; must have the legal right to work in KSA.
