Senior Contract Specialist 
Location: Melbourne

Contract Length: 12 months (potential to extend)

Start Date: 2 February 2026

About the Role

Airswift is currently seeking experienced Senior Contract Specialists to support a major operatorship transition within the energy sector. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships
• Execute end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes
• Maintain and update contract portfolios, including scope, pricing, and amendments
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements
• Support category strategy and share relevant market insights

About You

• Proven experience in contract management and procurement
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in procurement systems and PtP processes
• Commercially minded with a focus on value and risk mitigation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience: 5–10 years in equipment & material procurement OR craft labour background (working with enterprise agreements)
