Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management ; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management or superintendent experience required.
• Experience in healthcare and/or commercial construction highly .
• Working knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards (NFPA, OSHA, FGI, IBC, etc.).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project demands.
