A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) to join its expanding Construction and Projects Solutions team in Birmingham. The Role

You will advise on a broad range of transactional construction matters, including:

- Large-scale infrastructure projects (airports, rail, energy, water)
- Real estate developments across sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use
- Cladding remediation schemes for developers
- Construction mandates for universities and institutional investors
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and project documentation
- Supporting bids and procurement processes for major frameworks

About You

- Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in construction or projects law
- Experience gained at a large commercial firm is
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Able to build strong relationships in an agile working environment
- Organised with solid project management capabilities
- Experience advising contractors and key stakeholders is desirable
