Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $90,000 DOE

About the Role

We’re hiring a Construction Project Scheduler to support construction and facilities projects at NASA JSC. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project.

  • Coordinate daily and long-term work schedules with supervisors and crews.

  • Track milestones, update progress, and keep management informed.

  • Review subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracy.

  • Prepare reports and recommendations based on project data.

  • Ensure compliance with company and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in construction scheduling (Microsoft Project required).

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of MAXIMO is a plus (easy to learn).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent (required for NASA site access).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening.

Bonus Points

  • Roofing construction experience.

  • PMP or Microsoft Project certification.

  • Experience supporting large-scale or government projects.
