Restore Roofing & Remodeling (Highland Village / Flower Mound / Lewisville area) is growing and we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Runner / Field Support Technician to join our team. This is a key support role that helps keep our job sites running smoothly by delivering materials, assisting crews, hauling debris, and supporting our project managers.

If you like working independently, staying busy, driving, helping on job sites, and being a critical part of a construction team — this is for you.

Responsibilities

Daily / Weekly Tasks:

• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites (Home Depot, Lowe’s, lumber yards, tile shops, paint stores, etc.)
• Drive and haul trailers, including dump trailers, tool trailers, and flatbeds
• Take debris to the landfill or dump sites
• Assist in basic on-site tasks (moving materials, light cleanup, protecting floors, helping set up work areas)
• Support project managers with daily needs across multiple job sites
• Maintain clean and organized trailers, tools, and work vehicles
• Perform basic handyman-level tasks when needed (training provided)
• Communicate clearly with office staff, PMs, and subcontractors
• Maintain receipts, track mileage, and follow company processes

What You’ll Be Working On:

Residential remodels (kitchens, baths, flooring, painting), roofing support, water-mitigation support, and general construction logistics.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to safely drive trucks and pull trailers
• Reliable transportation to our service area (Highland Village / Lewisville / Denton / Flower Mound)
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dependability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical tasks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience in construction or remodeling
• Ability to use basic tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Familiarity with dump sites, material pickup, etc.
