Construction Quality Control Manager (USACE Certified)
Pay: $110k-$130k annually/DOE
Location: St. Paul, Minnesota

Signature Labor Services is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support federal construction projects across the U.S. If you're USACE CQM-certified and have experience with government contracts, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role with a team that values your skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Three-Phase Quality Control System (3PQC) in accordance with USACE/NAVFAC standards
- Develop and/or maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs)
- Conduct inspections and document results.
- Coordinate with project superintendents, subcontractors, and safety personnel.
- Submit daily quality control reports, documenting project, testing, and inspections.
- Perform preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections for all construction activities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager on government construction projects (preferably USACE)
- QCM Certification (USACE) is required
- Prior experience using the Management System (RMS) is required.
- Familiarity with QCS/QAS modules and federal construction documentation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of heavy civil federal construction procedures and compliance reporting is a plus.
Qualifications, but not required:
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification.
- Degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
