Construction Project Manager – Steel Erection

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to work on our steel erection projects in the southeast region of the US. The office is located in Hillsborough, NC, but remote work is an option with travel as needed.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of steel erection projects with minimal oversight

• Manpower management

• Recruitment

• Change order pricing

• Data entry and report reconciliation

• Budget creation and project buyouts

• Pre-construction tasks

• Schedule and productivity management

Project Engineer Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management

• Background in steel erection and fabrication

• Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, shifting schedules and priorities

• Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver’s license required

• Willingness to travel

Skills & Certifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification

• $100k-$120k, depending on experience
