We're not looking for just another Renovations Manager, we’re looking for a Rockstar who can lead, deliver, and scale with us. As we continue to expand our footprint in multifamily renovations, we need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple high-impact projects without missing a beat.

️ What You’ll Do

• Manage 3–5 active multifamily renovation projects (unit upgrades + capital improvements)
• Create budgets, scopes of work, and project schedules using Excel & Smartsheet
• Lead and coordinate reliable subcontractors across multiple trades
• Ensure full OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
• Streamline procurement, scheduling, and delivery across multiple properties
• Maintain detailed records: before/after photos, milestone tracking, daily logs
• Work closely with property managers, vendors, and clients to ensure satisfaction

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in multifamily rehab and CapEx project management
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts building codes and OSHA safety procedures
• Tech-savvy: Excel, Smartsheet, Procore (or similar tools)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to change
• A solid network of subcontractors is a big plus!
