Your new role

• Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
• Lead cross-functional teams to success
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and adherence to related policies and practices
• Uphold all company operational and regulatory compliance standards

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 + years of experience in commercial construction. Ground-up projects in the multifamily sector is .
• A degree in construction or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to assist with multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software
• A degree in a related field of study or professional .
