The Opportunity

Were looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end interior and tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
This is a great fit for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys working on projects that redefine commercial interiors.

Youll oversee multiple active projects, collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure every job meets our standards of excellence on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial and retail interior construction projects from planning and scheduling to closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and design professionals.
• Anticipate project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep progress on track.
• Maintain detailed reporting and documentation using project management software.
• Uphold CPM Builders reputation for high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Proven experience managing luxury commercial interior or retail construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Eastern United States.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
