Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team to oversee work at Sandia Labs. Looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience. Pay dependent on experience. Must have a valid New Mexico General Contractor's License.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
