DELIVERABLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Project Manager is a key part of the fulfillment of the promises we make to our customers and projects. The company’s brand and customer experience relies on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role.

The areas of accountability are as follows:

Deliverables

1. All projects communicated within 48 hours of submission to the Approved jobs milestone, Awarded to the Production department on budget and on schedule per current lead time(s).
2. Complete service work in a timely and efficient manner with Sterling standard workmanship.
3. Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems. Acculynx/Company cam/google platforms/EOS.ONE.
4. Aid in the maintenance of an average 8.5/10 quality score through assisting with the
customer’s experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.
6. Performance pay goals set by the Director of Production.

Accountabilities

Deliverable 1 - Delivering Projects on Budget and on Schedule.

Attend 1 (interval – i.e. weekly) EOS L10 & Operations meeting and with the Director of Production and Project Manager to gain full understanding of projects and their daily and weekly goals.
Complete site visits and job site pre-construction meetings, permits and walk throughs.
Help to ensure tools and materials are prepared in advance to enable projects to be produced in the most efficient manner possible.
Work in a pre-planned and efficient manner to ensure all tasks are being completed within the allotted time frame.
Double check all work you produce to proactively prevent deficiencies.
Immediately address deficiencies to prevent production delays.
Ensure all necessary materials and tool rentals are requested 1 week (interval – i.e., weekly) to prevent delays to the production schedule.
Maintain regular contact with the Director of Production and customer(s) to ensure that all project progress is on track.

Deliverable 2 - Customer Service

Refer all customer questions related to changes to project timelines, work scope, design, and/or Change Orders to the Director of Operations.
Provide the Director of Operations with daily updates regarding any customer interactions and P.I.I - C.O.C’s
Communicate with all customers and subcontractors in a professional and polite manner. Report any A Level issues to be addressed by the Director of Operations.

Deliverable 3 - Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain and update accurate data in Acculynx, the company’s customer relationship management software.
Accurately complete all expense forms - travel mileage and job related (if applicable).
Submissions are due 1 end of day (interval – i.e. daily) to the Job of the Project manager. Capping out the end of the day ea day.
REPORTING:
Report directly to the Director of Operations.
Attend L10 meetings and 1on1 meetings with Operations once a week on time with prep completed.
Maintain and update accurate Acculynx, Company Cam & Project data for all previously listed administrative responsibilities as per individual submission deadlines.

The following will require sign off and/or notification of the Documents:

Any serious injury or accident occurring on a Sterling Construction and Roofing job site.
Any liability, warranty or damage issue.
Any incidence of fraud or theft within the company.
All purchasing of new tools.
Any incident involving damage to Sterling Construction and Roofing or customer’s assets.
A serious breach by an employee or stakeholder of our corporate values.
Major strategic, cash, people or brand initiatives.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
The Project Manager is paid $1000.00 starting off (interval of weekly). The pay period describes what the period is (i.e. 1 week hold with payroll run on Thursday morning, distributed on Friday.
Payment deposits are issued the following (1 of week) via direct deposit along with an electronic pay stub issued via our accounting software Quick Books (how –electronically).
. Leadership will have a planned meeting regarding next steps for growth in the company.

All Crew Members are paid X (interval – i.e. weekly, biweekly). The pay period describes what the period is in the terms and conditions in the labor tickets. Please see labor tickets for details.

Payment deposits are issued the following 1 (day of week) via direct deposit along with an electronic pay stub issued X (how – i.e. electronically, via mail, in person).Please see labor tickets for details to crew members.

Hours of Work

7:00am to Xpm (2 days to the week) for Project manager and Production essential field support. It is expected that you arrive on site 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time each day. Occasionally overtime may be required depending on deadlines, due dates or the A critical incident with very high impact

Performance Pay

Performance pay in accordance with bringing in Residential, Commercial or Property management projects.
Structure is as follows: Pay per repair project. The base will be set at $1000.00 per week for anything production related outside of repair projects which will be paid on a paid per job basis for retail customers only.
