• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are hiring two Part-Time Construction Project Coordinators to help manage project operations, coordinate with subcontractors, track progress, and ensure smooth communication between office staff, clients, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules, permits, and inspections.

• Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and change orders.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including emails, scheduling, and data entry.

• Ensure projects comply with company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction coordination, subcontractor management, or project administration .

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related education a plus.

• Bilingual - a plus
