Project Assistant – Home Remodeling
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support day-to-day operations on residential construction and home improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced job site environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking of project timelines
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed
- Help manage materials, deliveries, and job site logistics
- Maintain project documentation, permits, and records
- Support on-site activities and ensure work areas stay organized and efficient
- Perform general administrative and field support tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems on the go
- Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working both in the field and with office/admin tasks
