About the Role:

As a Superintendent at Kartchner, you are the central point of leadership for our construction projects. You will work closely with experienced leaders and have opportunities for growth. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our Quality, Complete, Clean standards. You will work closely with trade partners, suppliers, and clients, providing clear communication, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

Do You Have What It Takes?

2-5 years of project management, or management experience in residential homes, townhomes, or multifamily construction.

Strong understanding of construction scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality standards.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills you stay calm under pressure and are able to anticipate issues and proactively resolve them.

Outstanding communication skills for coordinating with clients, trades, and suppliers.

Proficiency in project management and software
