We’re hiring an experienced Construction Manager civil focus to lead a Pipeline Integrity Improvement project at Wytch Farm. This is a hands-on role overseeing civil excavations, HDD work, steel line pulls, flexible pipe installation and mechanical pipework activities across site.
You’ll be the one making sure the work is carried out safely, to schedule, to spec, and in full alignment with PUK QHSE policies. You’ll be embedded in the project team and will lead day-to-day construction coordination, contractor management and interface with all key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
Running construction progress / coordination meetings.
Supervising and managing multiple contractors.
Ensuring work is delivered on time and hits major milestones.
Supporting Management of Change processes.
Participating in PHSSERs, Constructability Reviews, HAZIDs etc.
Reviewing work packs, method statements and lifting plans.
Ensuring all permits, controls, and safety processes are followed.
Managing materials, reporting progress and validating man-hours.
Ensuring mechanical completion and handover documentation is closed out properly.
What You Need
HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Temporary Works Co-ordinator (minimum).
Practical experience with levelling and civil works.
Able to read / understand construction drawings (incl. steelwork).
Experience working in environmentally sensitive locations.
Proven Construction Management background with:
Strong leadership & planning capability.
Confidence managing multiple contractors.
Solid understanding of Permit to Work, control of work, risk management & quality assurance.
Exposure to Mechanical & Civil construction delivery.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical environments (, not essential).
To be considered for the role you must either reside within a commutable daily distance to site or be prepared to relocate for duration of the project as no lodge is to be paid.
