Construction Laborer – Multiple Departments Available

Location: Marshfield, WI Area
Pay: Starting at $22+/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:20pm
Full-Time | Weekly Pay

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers in the Marshfield, WI area for a variety of departments based on experience and skill level. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with stable hours, strong pay, and long-term advancement potential.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with construction and production projects
• Operating hand and power tools
• Material handling
• Loading and unloading materials
• Supporting skilled trades as needed
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Working in indoors.

• General Labor
• Construction Support
• Rough Electrical
• Trim
• Finish Electrical
• Siding
• Sidewalls
• Insulating
• Drywall
• Shipping & Receiving

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
